"TLDR: House is old (in not a cute way), broken (or one strong breeze from being broken), cheap, and possibly dangerous. Complaints in previous reviews not fixed. "We had a great time for a long weekend at the Granby house. It was just the right size for us and our two dogs. The property was clean and well stocked with necessities, towels and linens. Check in was super easy with keyless entry, and the neighborhood is nice - lots of amenities like pools, restaurants, and the Yacht Club. "This was a great rental for our family vacation! Upon arrival we had a bag filled with freshly laundered sheets for the beds and towels. The beds all had comforters on them but I would recommend to bring your own pillows and comforters, if you don’t want to use the ones provided. We were a less than 20 minute drive to Ocean City beaches and less than 15 minutes to Berlin, which had lots of cute shops, restaurants...

"Colleen's cottage on the canal is a home away from home - a 3 bedroom home on an Ocean Pines canal that has been well equipped and comfortably set up. Our family especially loved the deck and the awning was perfect - to enjoy the deck and the canal views on hot or rainy days. Beautiful views of the canal, convenient to Ocean Pines activities and a short drive from Ocean City and Berlin. Can't wait to go back!"
