We did not check in and due to timezone difference forgot to cancel the booking and after speaking to property owner he denied to return the money…I was not asking full refund just requested him for 1 day return for one room… but he denied very rude.

Rude staff, dirty, noisy. Not recommend

Rude staff in reception, tried to ask us to pay again but we already paid by card with Hotels.com Rude in general with his voice. We did not get the ac remote? Not sure if it even worked? The shower had only cold water. The tv did not have a remote, and thus did not work. The sheets were dirty. Very noisy, could hear the reception/outside the room in the hallway. Close to railway station (new delhi), ok wifi.
