"The facility itself was gorgeous, clean and well maintained. The staff was exceptional. My beef is with the things that are 100% out of their control."

"Many customers were complaining and staffs are rude and unwilling to help. We stayed for 4 nights five days and they never cleaned our room. Actually Day 3 I went to ask them to clean our room but they refused. We had to ask for towels and soaps and toilet paper. As for WiFi an access code says internet access code is good for 2 days but in reality it only lasts for 1-2 hours so we had to log on with different code multiple times a day. Day 3 they only gave 3 codes so we could not use WiFi long. Breakfast is terrible, too. No warm meals. Many things are running out. I don’t think guests will ever come back. I regret a lot that we reserved for 4 nights. We will never come back for sure. This hotel will not last long and will be closed."

"I’ve stayed in many Hiltons and this was the worst by a very long way - mostly due to the very poor attitude of the staff who treated us as a definite inconvenience and annoyance both at pre-check-in, check in, problems with the key - twice, and a long wait for a table at dinner only to be told gruffly ‘it’ll be an hour for food’ which is frankly useless for a hotel restaurant which was far from full. The room was -ridiculously- noisy with a funfare right outside with loud music til nearly midnight and close to the trains blasting their horns continually. The windows and walls must be paper-thin to allow so much noise through right up at the 10th floor. To finally round off the poor experience I had to visit 3 different floors before finally finding an ice machine that was actually working. I’m shocked how much I disliked this place - very, very disappointed."
