「The staff was helpful and kind. We arrive late and had to leave next morning. The staff kindly waive the resort fee since we don't have time to enjoy any facility. Nice job!」

「Ok」

「It is a very clean and quiet hotel with a very friendly and accommodating staff.」

「This was a great new place to stay! I liked that it was not on a busy street and it was tucked away from the freeway as well. Could not hear a sound from the traffic. We slept very well. Friendly workers.」

The reception and concierge staff were very friendly and made guests feel welcome. The only thing I felt a little disappointed was that although the inside...

I reported it to the desk who sent security with me to confirm the issue. We both attempted to get it working properly. We could not get it to work. I stayed the 1st night as it was quite late and I was unable yo book anywhere else. The girl at the desk and the man from security were very helpful and made detailed notes when they cancelled the 2nd 2 nights as...
