"Nice place for a one night stay. The eggs on the breakfast bar were stone cold. Perhaps some training of the kitchen staff would be in order."

"Stayed five days. The premium location on the water in Gananoque. Some rooms are crammed into this property and really do a disservice to the potential of such a location, so a view of the water makes a huge difference in room quality. The main building is antique and idiosyncratic, so this may or may not irritate some people. Room are nice and are clean but not cleaned behind doors. Breakfast is generous and full but the competence of the kitchen staff varies. Off season, staff may play bollywood music loudly through the hotel's outdoor speakers which was irritating. This hotel has docks and this may make it an attractive overnight stay for boaters."

"They are renovating. Great price for a beautiful location. It was nice to have access to a kitchen to use. There is also a bbq, play are for kids and fire pit to use. Each unit has out door furniture as well. Would definitely stay again."

"Very dated - beds were hard and one didn’t even have a base. The grill was so rusty we couldn’t use it and the whole place just made us uncomfortable - we didn’t even want to cook. There were boards sticking up on the deck and the railings were wobbly and it felt unsafe. The property managers were delightful and extremely helpful. Other than the managers - we were not very satisfied and absolutely would not book there again"
