"Nice room with an artificial fireplace that added an elegant aura to the room. We had a descent view of the mountain top. Sightseeing opportunities were within walking distance. Paid parking was convenient at hotel. Excellent staff (Brianna) made trip memorable. The hotel restaurant's Chefs made some delicious food."

"We were send to another location up the hill. The hotel had really bad smell in the hallways like old garbage. We were offered “upgrade” with the view of downtown but we could not see anything from our balcony so the “upgrade” was a joke. I would choose another option in the future. We travelled with our dog so needed dog friendly hotel at short notice. The night was prepaid but I spent forver at the truth desk since the clerk did not know how to use the credit card machine to charge me the dog fees and she was texting her manager for instructions. "

"While the room was pretty clean and the staff friendly, the hotel overall is very outdated and dingy. Breakfast was very sad, carbs only, no fresh options - even hard boiled eggs were yellow and looked inedible. Luckily we stayed only one night because it felt very depressing, and I would not want to spend a whole vacation there. I’ve been to many lodges before so I know what to expect, but definitely didn’t enjoy this one. "

"The pool was in another building down a few blocks from where they put me. They have multiple buildings and I guess if you are lucky you get the pool one. WiFi good. Not too bad of walk to the strip either. Just woren out and can use a upgrade like matress,coach, paint,or put on your site you may not be in same building as pool.A good to know especially if have kids.JS"

"The bed was lumpy, bed linen was dirty, but at least they did give us a room when we had plumbing problems, and the breakfast was not a good at all actually My Husband got sick from the Canadian bacon at breakfast. It looked bad as well."
