「The townhouse was clean and had great parking. It also has a deck and patio which was a nice surprise. We could her the neighbor next door a little bit, but it was not bad. It is a quiet neighborhood, even though the street is a little busy the road noise wasn't bad. The house is fully equipped with all of your needs. We will stay again on our next river adventure.」

「House was well kept, kitchen has way more than I have ever seen in a vrbo home, every utensil, etc was available, this was great. Didn't use internet or turn on TV, read books and enjoyed conversation, give it a try! The views from both porches were fantastic and enjoyed a nice evening of country quiet with my wife here, 10/10 highly recommend! 」

「We had a great time. We need a place to stay for a wedding. It was perfect for what we needed.」

「Best VRBO my family has ever stayed at. Everything needed, and more, was here. We had 51-9 and everyone had something to do. Very clean, very remote, very easy to get to the lake. Would easily return. Only had one quick issue with the door code, and that was addressed in less than 5 minutes. Nearly a perfect week, thank you!」

「Absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful and had more than enough space for grandma, three sons and their wives and seven grandkids!Water was great! We rented a pontoon from Spring City Resort and Marina and were fishing, cruising, even wake boarding for hours each day. The huge yard was an amazing benefit as we played Cornhole and a variety of other hard games pretty much non-stop! Fourteen people had plenty of room to be together or separate as we wished! Finally, I can’t say enough about...

「Very clean place, they had every single thing you would need. Definitely would recommend. Felt like home.」

「Property is even better in person. First walked into the house and it smelled nice and clean. Feels like you're underneath a rainforest canopy. We enjoyed sitting in the screened-in back porch especially at night when it's cooler and you can hear the relaxing sound of the creek running. It has a wonderful path down to the creek, with a garden. Because of the location, we did run into a snake just once on the pathway down to the creek and there could be animals going through the trash at night....
