LARGE LIBRARY, FAST WI-FI. VERY QUIET AND SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD. THIS IS THE ENTIRE 1,070 sq ft., 2ND FLOOR OF A 15 YEAR OLD HOUSE. THERE ARE 16 STEPS UP TO THE 2ND FLOOR. WE ARE LOCATED CLOSE TO I-75, LEE UNIVERSITY AND ACCESS TO MANY OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES. THERE ARE 2 QUEEN BEDS AND 4 RECLINERS THAT ADULTS OR CHILDREN CAN SLEEP IN. THERE IS A 10' x 18' OUTDOOR SEATING AREA WITH A GAS BBQ. EXCELLENT FOR LONG-TERM STAYS. FOR EACH GUEST AFTER 5, THERE IS A $25 CHARGE PER NIGHT.

We had a very pleasant stay. Host was excellent, safe neighborhood, close to shopping, eating and amenities. We came in town to visit relatives and would use this place again in a heartbeat.

Another great stay at Mike’s house. We had an issue with the front for lock and he immediately answered phone and fixed problem in minutes. Home is always clean and welcoming. Beds are so comfortable. Our third stay here. Always a win.

We came up for a weekend getaway and we really enjoyed our stay here. Super easy check in and check out. The host was very quick to respond. This place was very cozy and it really made you feel right at home. We did not use ton of the kitchen stuff but it is equipped with anything you would need. The theatre space was comfy as well.

just as advertised - nice place to stay

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and stay in this upstairs loft with multiple rooms, kitchen and seating areas. Be sure you are able to navigate narrow stairs with your luggage to find this great hide-away that is worth the climb!

Nice Stay

We were in town just for two nights to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday. He attends Lee University and the location was great. The space was adequate for what we needed and beds were comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

Comfortable and perfect location1

We really enjoyed the above garage apartment and accommodations. The location was perfect and central to everything we needed. We enjoyed the movie room and the beds were comfortable. Mike and provided great options for shopping, eating and things to do. Highly recommend staying.

Peaceful and welcoming stay

We stayed here for a college visit with our daughter. The apartment was pristine, peaceful and spacious. The host was very responsive and kind. The beds were very comfortable. For folks on a budget this was a TOP stay! We will definitely return.

We only stayed one night on our cross country trip, but this was perfect for our quick stay. Communication and arrival instructions were wonderful. Quiet neighborhood and home, but close enough to anything we wanted to do. Great place to stay on our trip!

Wonderful Stay

This is a wonderful little above the garage 2 bedroom, 1 bath, movie room, small kitchen apartment. We had two people in our group and had plenty of room. The beds and linens are super comfortable. The hosts were very kind with great communication. We watched a movie in the theater room and it was really comfy. I definitely recommend this home while visiting the area.

Quick overnite

My family and I were traveling back from GA and wanted to visit the aquarium in Chattanooga. As a family of 5 we decided to rent via VRBO for extra space. The space was clean and the owner was very friendly. Location wise there were tons of places to eat and relatively close to Chattanooga which is where we were headed the next day. Would stay here again if needed.

Very nice upstairs apartment

Our stay at Mike’s house was excellent. We only stayed one night and did not need any of the amenities, but they were all available! After 5 people took showers there was still plenty of hot water, which was ideal for everyone to be able to get ready in the morning. Overall, a cozy space for staying the night!

Long Weekend

We stayed a long weekend and enjoyed the stay. The property was very nice and clean. The host was super nice and helpful. But our favorite was the collection of books in the library. What a wealth of interesting Christian filled books. Just blessed to have stayed here. Thank you

Convenient place to stay in Cleveland

This place is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood in Cleveland while still being a short drive to the main roads where all of the stores and restaurants are (and I-75). The hosts were gracious and helpful. As the owner points out, the entry stairs are steep and narrow. He is not kidding, but we were able to navigate them. Just be aware that for some these might be a challenge if you have heavy suitcases. Even with these stairs, we would stay here again when we come back into town.

A Most Excellent Stay!

My brother-in-law and I were in Cleveland to visit some friends. He’d retired and moved away a year ago, and we came for a visit. Found this amazing VRBO and booked it. Oh my soul! What a gem this is. Clean, comfortable, spacious….all the good stuff! Met the host, Mr Lyon, as we pulled in, and we were immediately impressed. This a fantastic place to stay. From the theater room to the spacious bedrooms. Will stay here again when we come again to Cleveland.
