"Beautiful Suite room. Very clean and quite. Peaceful surroundings and walkable to restaurants and small shops. Electric Ave decorated for Christmas. Only downside was several shops/coffee shops were closed, probably for winter?"

"Where do I begin, first off the property is awesome, peaceful and beautiful. BUT we got there and the heaters (3) did not work, it was a very cold sleep. The next day we noticed that we had no coffee or utensils, we were given coffee and utensils. We were given a heater but that still left the bathroom freezing. We only had 1 facecloth which was corrected. Later the first day we found that the only water coming in the shower was scalding hot, we could not shower. When we attempted to watch TV it wouldn't connect to the internet so there was no TV to watch. The next morning we wanted to have coffee and the coffee was broken and wouldn't brew. The final thing was that the breaker would blow everytime we used the microwave. Despite all of this we would definately go back but we'd make sure they verify that everything works "
