Nice Weekend Getaway

Enjoyed our 3 day stay. Nice home with plenty of space and family fun game room was the highlight. If we ever go to the Dayton area again, we would definitely stay again. The spa is in need of a chemical balance.

Home away from Home

I traveled and stayed at this property with my daughters and infant granddaughter for a graduation. This is the first time I ever felt like I was staying at home. Awesome stay, clean and plenty of entertainment.

Great location

Enjoyed staying here and relaxing in between visits to the Air Force Museum and Packard museum. We had a great time playing games and watching movies on the huge TV. The hot tub and massage chair made our stay even more relaxing. We appreciated the menu for the local pizza place when we arrived right around dinner time. Location was the perfect distance and neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Excellent location, fun stay

The house is in a great location, short drive to Yellow Springs and other area attractions. It has everything you need and more. Game room was awesome! Very clean, lots of space, enjoyed outside patio area also. We would highly recommend.

Over the top!

If you are bored at this house, there is no hope for you! It has everything to keep you entertained and relaxed. Andrew is a very accommodating and understanding host. It is minutes away from any store or restaurant you could want. Highly recommend and will book it again.

Fun and relaxing!

Check-in and out were super easy, host was very responsive. The house is in a good neighborhood, clean and close to restaurants and stores. House was equipped with everything we needed from the kitchen to bathroom to bedrooms. The game room was very fun, and there are smart tv’s in the bedrooms and living room. The sauna and massage chair were a very nice touch as well! Definitely would return!

Amazing Space!!!

What can I say? The property is AMAZING!!! It was the perfect space for our wedding eve pj party. The beds are super comfy, the game room was a blast... and the hot tub, sauna and massage chair were AAAHHH-mazing! Communication was speedy and consistent. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Fun house for teens and adults

We rented the house for UD’s parent weekend. This was a great space for our teenage boys to hang out when they didn’t want to participate in the college activities. Everything was very clean and they have a lot of extras such as coffee pods, workout mat and weights along with all of the games and hot tub.

Great time at this house!

Only stayed one night but it was well worth it! Hot tub was awesome! Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to. Lots of shops in the area just a few minutes away. 84" TV is fun if you don't have one at home:) Switch only has 3 games. The 3000 games that are described are on the 4 person marvel game. The golf game is really fun. Beds were very comfortable. Andrew was very responsive to the few questions I had. Excellent place to stay! Would stay again with another couple for a week if we split the cost! Lots to do here!

Didn’t miss a thing

I’ve been traveling as part of my career for over 2” years, so being as I choose to stay in rentals instead of hotels, I’ve stayed in hundreds of rentals across our country. Travel around 9-10 months of the year on average. That being said, this is one of the best places I’ve stayed in all around. Andrew apparently put a lot of thought, planning and execution into this property. Zero complaints at all about the property, location, communication with owners, property being well stocked or anything else. Not only that but I was actually very pleased with everything. “Not easy to do with me.” I keep my reviews very fair and call things as they are in my opinion and I can’t say anything negative about this one. I am not a fan of the Dayton Ohio area at all. Even though we have family there, we avoid it unless it’s necessary that we be there for some VERY SPECIAL reason yet Andrew’s place has me looking forward to the next time we are there. Maybe even looking forward to it now. Definitely know where we will stay from now on.

We came to the area for the Air Force marathon and the location was perfect. Had lots of options for food, and was quiet for rest and relaxing before and after. If our kids came with us they would have loved the game room, although my husband and I had fun with pinball as well!

This is such a fun place. We really enjoyed the game room. We also the massage chair. I wish we could have used the hot tub, but it poured during our trip. The location was perfect. Lots of shopping and restaurants. We will definitely come back.
