「Very sketchy neighborhood, including smashed liquor bottles at the foot of the porch steps. The online photos of the interior are very misleading. Unit is old, poorly renovated and bare bones furnishings. We quickly discovered the place had not been cleaned since the last occupancy … dusty furniture, stagnant water in the bathroom sink which had an inoperable drain, and dirty sheets on the bed with undeniable evidence too gross to mention. There was also a very noticeable stench of marijuana...

「Excellent home that has recently been remodeled. Easily the best house in the neighborhood. Plenty of room for our group of 5 to spread out and recoup after a day adventuring.」

「Great location for i675 highway access, The Greene, restaurants, Delco Park. The house was clean but the yard had not been cut in weeks. There were a lot of weeds in the front and back yard and it was never cut during our 10 night stay. There is a dehumidifier (which we emptied twice a day) in the living room and i noticed there were two air freshener plug-ins in every room but the living room and bathroom. We had to kill 6 earwigs and 4 spiders during our stay. The earwigs gave us a clue...

「Location perfect, clean and responsive host 」

「What a perfect little home in a friendly and quiet small neighborhood! We only had a quick stay for a local event but this home would have been perfect for a longer stay. Everything was comfortable and everything we needed was there. The garage is an added space for hang out and relaxing. Time and care are in this property and it is very evident. Would definitely stay again.」

「I'll come back it was a great place to chill for the night」

Her assistant was unable to find any other places for us. She did send a list of Dayton hotels Most were totally booked for the weekend. We spent a good bit of...

「A well priced and nice property near the National Museum of the US Air Force. I was able to walk to pick up dinner for our family both nights from some of the many locations less than a 1/2 mile away.」

「Basil was wonderfully communicative. Place was great - good location and nice backyard area.」
