「The house was wonderful to stay in. Big kitchen with updated appliances and a gas grill to do family meals. My family used it all and ended the night at the fire pit. The zipline, board games, & Cornhole kept us entertained. The house was clean, roomy, and somehow felt cozy. The hosts were super sweet and left us a welcome basket of Dayton treats that we all devoured. I would highly recommend it for a family or friends get away.」

「The listing of this place doesn't do it justice! We were very pleasantly surprised to find an historic cabin that had all of the updated modern amenities--that didn't take away from the historic charm. Clean, comfortable, quiet, great lakeside location--couldn't ask for more--and the host was awesome--very responsive and extremely accommodating and friendly. If you are headed to the area--I would choose this place over any other hotel, inn, or rental that I've seen.」

「This is, indeed, a tiny house! It is attractively decorated and maintained, and provides all of the amenities that you will need. There is also a nice patio in the back. The location worked well for us - the house is close to many restaurants and shops, and about 3 miles from the Fairgrounds. Bonnis, our host, was a joy to deal with. Should we travel to Xenia again, this property is at the top of our list for places to stay.」

「Our stay was fine. The only concerns or problems we have was the fact there weren’t enough towels for a two day stay. I don’t know if that is typical to only have a day’s worth of towels. Then Saturday afternoon the furnace quit and the host didn’t respond to my message. I had to call her. We just decided to drive home. So, we made the 4.5 hour trip back home at 7:30 PM. I sincerely home we are refunded our second night like the host she would do.」

「20年くらい前の標準的な良いホテルのレベル。最近はHomewood SuiteやCourtyardなどもっと良くて安いホテルが沢山ありますので、ここを選ぶ理由は特に見つかりません。部屋が暗すぎます。エアコンが多少うるさい。いろいろな対応が遅い。（ヘアドライヤーが無く、持ってきてくれるよう頼んだが、なかなか持ってこない。30分後にもう一度お願いして、その10分後に漸く持ってきた。）Do Not Disturbの札が部屋になく、そのため部屋で落ち着いて仕事をできなかった。洗面所のティッシューでバラの花を作ってくれているが、そのためにティッシューがクリーンで無くなっており、眼鏡ふきには使えない。花にするのを辞めてくれるよう頼んだが、次の日も花が作られていた。」
