Don’t expect decent service. The staff seems to be terribly frustrated to work there and takes it out on guests who ask basic questions. I had booked a room with a queen bed via Expedia and the front desk person gave me one with 2 double beds. He also charged me for the room despite me showing him the booking via Expedia and the fact that I had already paid a portion of the charges and only owed remaining balance. He double charged me and said he cannot do anything and refused to change rooms to the one I originally booked. Won’t recommend to anyone unless you are ok dealing with a short tempered staff that seems to act like they are doing you a massive favor by letting you stay at the hotel.

We were excited to come to this hotel because it was advertise as a luxury boutique hotel in Beverly Hills. It's not when we checked in. We were given our room for two people, and there was no door to the bathroom. My partner requested another room, but was told that they don't have a room available. The other person said all all their rooms don't have bathroom doors. It was very inconvenient. Another huge inconvenience with the parking situation. I believe part of the reason why I chose this hotel was that parking was reasonable only to find out when we checked in that there are no parking on the premises that we had to park to park around the block in an office building and they charge $40 first day . There was no welcome drink as advertised when we checked in . There was no room service. The restaurant was not open nor the bar nor the coffee shop all they have is a water dispenser in the lobby. This is not the luxury Beverly Hills boutique that I expected.

A fantastic return for a San Francisco icon We recently stayed for three nights at the newly reopened Huntington Hotel on Nob Hill, and we’re delighted to say it has been well worth the wait. The rooms are beautifully appointed, combining comfort with understated luxury, and the gym is one of the best hotel fitness facilities we’ve used. Every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome, with exceptional service throughout our stay. A special thank you to the Head Concierge and the reception team, who were friendly, knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful. The location is superb. Perched on Nob Hill, it’s perfectly placed for exploring San Francisco while providing a peaceful retreat away from the busier tourist areas. Our only disappointment was breakfast for children in the on-site restaurant. The options felt quite limited, with no cereal available and the menu generally not appearing to have been designed with younger guests in mind. It’s a small point, but one that could make a big difference for families. That aside, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. It’s wonderful to see this Nob Hill institution back where it belongs, and we wish the entire team every success. In our opinion, this is now the best hotel in San Francisco, and we look forward to returning.
