The greatest advantages of the hotel are its location and breakfast. I find it interesting that “superior” rooms are the most basic and by no standards are superior. The are small and bathrooms are microscopic. But they are adequate for a few nights.

What I liked:
The staff was so helpful, positive and professional. All of them were excellent, but particularly Brian, Pascal and Meia (sp?).
Room for improvement:
the Gym which I used three times needs a pull up bar.
Overall the experience was an 11 out of 10 (outstanding!).

What a wonderful couple of days we had here. Hypernym feels like quite an exclusive area of an already impressive hotel. The private entrance was a very sweet touch and a nice surprise. But the room, the room, oh wow, we absolutely loved it. The layout is super smart, it had full kitchen facilities, separate bedroom and a lush bathroom. It felt like a home away from home, to the point that I wish we had a few more days to enjoy it. We will absolutely, 100%, stay here any time we are in Copenhagen in future. Everything was just perfect. Amazing staff too, really friendly and helpful. Love it.
