"Front desk staff not helpful. Kiosk not helpful. I guess they ran out of my room type. And instead of the kiosk telling me this all it said was “your room will be ready at 3pm” but it was 8pm already. Staff offered to upgrade my room but for $250 more per night (seriously!??) "

"Really close to the sphere, made it easy to get around, only objection was the WiFi was brutal to stay connected. "

"The property was not totally clean. Neither was our room. The staff was 50-50 on friendliness. The elevator was broken and they didn’t want to believe us. But they finally went to check it out and fixed it. I was stuck in Chicago overnight trying to get there because our flights were delayed that made us miss our connection and they charged us for the room anyway. It wasn’t completely horrible, but I would not stay there again."

"Miguel at the reception desk, was genuinely just the best. Thank you. The room was fantastic, with a view of the "Strip" and the pool, Along with rhe Belligeo Fountain. A great stay, I was there for a show, and you couldn't beat the property for convince. "
