"Hard time with the self parking as it didn't give me a ticket so I had to call and ended with a line behind me. Room smelled. Not many waitresses in the casino. Friendly staff!!"

The check in was all virtual and the staff that were helping resolve issues were rude. It was just not a great experience and when I tried to reach someone immediately about it, there was no response. "

"There was a problem with our door and it would not stay locked. We had to call the front desk and wait for them to send up an engineer, but it took like two hours. It is very hard to get anyone on the phone to help you so I believe they’re understaffed, especially in guest services."
