Perfect Place

We loved our time in 312! The condo had everything we needed plus the facilities were fantastic. Quiet location so we could just enjoy the beach and pool without a ton of screaming and loud music. We were pulling out of the parking lot when our kids asked when we would be back!

Wonderful

We loved everything. Condo was great and view was wonderful. We had everything we needed. It was very clean and very spacious. If we decide to go back to Dauphin Island we would definitely want to stay in this same condo.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and the condo was breathtaking. The accommodations, bedding, cleanliness, and view were superb. This indeed was an exceptional stay. It would be helpful if the sand wash off station had a hose attached to the bottom spigot. The hose could be cut off to be short , but would still allow for easier washing of legs, beach toys, etc. Overall we loved our time here!

We wanted something reasonably priced since we didn’t have the budget for a full vacation. We figured the unit would not be as nice as house rentals or units at Holiday Isle because it cost so much less but we were very pleasantly surprised. The unit was spacious and clean with beautiful views. The pool areas were clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend.

Our first trip here

This was our first trip to the island, the condo was perfect for what our family needed. Very quiet area, this stay was one of our best yet! Only complaint we would have is the dryer took a while to dry clothes however wasn’t an issue for what we needed! Definitely recommend!

Family Vacation

This is an amazing place. The condo is better than the pictures. It is very spacious and a short walk to the beach. The pools are very kid friendly and any time I called the property manager I got a response. There were 7 people in our group and there was plenty of room. A full kitchen and it was well furnished. Definitely would stay here again.

Great place!

The only issue we had were no extra blankets in the unit, and only a sheet and light spread on the bed. Other than that the place was very nice and comfortable, short walk to the beach and 2 beautiful pools. It was still a little cool for the beach this time of year, but pretty nice during the middle of the day.

We love the Inn and it’s location.312 wasn’t the best fit for us and I have discussed that with management via phone. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but we’ll try a different unit next time. 206 was great last year, but not large enough to accommodate our family this year.

Cute little place

It’s a cute little condo and very quiet location. The two pools are great for little to play in and the beach access is also a plus. Only things we didn’t really like was that the condo wasn’t the cleanest. Every table and end table had dust or dog hair on them, chopped paint on walls, the bathroom rugs were dirty and stained before we got there, couch and chairs had stains on the cushions, it looked like the rug hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile, the dishes weren’t the cleanest, and we found dirty socks and other belongings from I’m guessing previous renters there. Overall it was a good stay, but for the money we paid I was expecting it to be cleaner.
