Cozy 4 Bed Home in Central Dartford with Parking
Particularly tranquil end of terrace property situated on a no-through road, providing the perfect space for those requiring peace and privacy. This 4-bedroomed house is on three levels and located in a desirable, well-connected location of North Kent. It’s also just 7 minutes’ walk to Dartford mainline railway station and comes with off street parking (on drive). It is just 5 minutes’ walk to a supermarket and parkland spaces. It’s also close to the M2 motorway, and short drive to the Dartford Crossing.
With fast Wi-Fi, 4 good size double bedrooms, and great location all round, this lovely house is an ideal choice for those needing everything to hit the ground running. For those that are homeworking this is a cut above the rest, with superfast 300mbps fibre Wi-Fi and bespoke study on the ground floor for setting up your office and it has a study table and chair in the main bedroom. And for those needing storage, this house has unusually large wardrobes in all 4 bedrooms.
There is a large open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with Netflix and a smart TV. All the 4 bedrooms (4 X doubles) are well sized, and the master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The house is on 3 levels with two bedrooms on the first and another two on the second floor. There is a separate bathroom on the top level and toilet on ground floor. There is additional storage space with two laundry cupboards.
Situated on a clean, presentable, and safe residential development, there is also a private parking space allocated for one car on the drive with additional designated visitors parking spaces.
Dartford has a wide range of shops and facilities, and Bluewater shopping centre is less than 10 minutes away by car (4 miles) with a huge range of shops, restaurants and other amenities
The Spaces
Kitchen Dining Area
The main living space is open plan with the kitchen and living room together. The dining table is set with nice comfortable seating and also set with capacity to seat four guests.
In the Kitchen area you will find fully equipped new appliances and kitchenware, there is an electric oven, gas hobs, microwave as well as a fridge / freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There is also a washer for laundry and clothes racks to hang clothes etc and good supply of cleaning items, ironing etc so you can hit the ground running right away.
The kitchen diner is bright with double doors leading to private garden patio.
In the living area sink into the 2 X super comfortable sofas arranged around a brand-new smart TV giving access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, ITV Hub and hundreds of different channels.
Hallway Utility Cupboard
Equipped with cleaning items, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board
Downstairs Toilet (Ground floor)
There is a toilet on ground level with sink.
Double Master Bedroom One (1st floor)
A calming and soothing space created with light and natural colours, complete with a double sized bed and a top of the range mattress. This large bedroom has been designed intricately, with its own en-suite bathroom with a toilet. This room benefits from a large double wardrobe with full length mirrors with office space and chair.
Double Bedroom Two (1st floor)
This bright and uplifting, large double room also has large built-in wardrobes and drawers under the beds. It has a lot of storage!
Main Bathroom (Top floor)
This spacious bathroom has a W/C, a bath/ shower and is equipped with the soaps and shampoos - Incidentally all towels and linen are provided (as in all our Blue Buzzard properties.)
