Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was central and very convenient for what I needed while in Melbourne. Room was quite functional for storage and layout. Overall I was happy with my stay. Being from North America I could not believe there was no ice available. In general the room was clean but the shower could use a real thorough deep clean because tiles and faucets had mold/mildew. My bathroom sink was not draining properly from my arrival and even though I reported it and apparently a service request was submitted it wasn’t fixed until the morning I was checking out. Also the TV remote wasn’t working and took some assistance from the manager to get a second type to be able to change channels. Couldn’t make outgoing calls from room phone and quite a few times when I tried calling reception with questions no one was available.

The Perfect Place
Our accommodation was exactly what we wanted. Comfortable, clean with everything we needed. Central to where we wanted to go with a great bakery at the end of the street.It's somewhere we'd go back to.It was the perfect place.
