Bacchus Marsh Villa unit 1

Our two bedroom villa is located on a block of 5 villas. It is situated approximately 10 minutes drive from Bacchus Marsh city centre.
It is within 45 minutes from Daylesford, Ballarat and Geelong or the city of Melbourne.

As you enter the front door and the main area of our unit, comfort and warmth radiates. Offering two bedrooms with queen size beds, a bathroom with bath and separate shower and a spacious living and dining area, it is a perfect location for all travel needs.

The neighbourhood surrounding the villa is very quiet and well kept. There are nice trees around the area and is very family friendly, with a kindergarten in close proximity and a playground within walking distance. The area is continuing to be developed and pleasing to the eye, with a new building across the road.

The villa is easily accessible by car or transport to the local area, including major stores, local cafes and restaurants. It is also walking distance from a supermarket, pharmacy and doctor.

This villa is very comfortable and a home away from home, where we endeavour to meet all your travel requirements.

The Perfect Place

It was very comfortable and spotless. Everything that you’d need for a four night stay was in the villa. The beds were very comfy and the linen, quilts and pillows were luxurious.

Excellent condition with all mod cons, close to 2 state parks for bushwalking, shopping and eating out facilities. We even had permission from the owner to park closer to the unit for unloading. A good area for bushwalking and historic buildings.

The property was immaculately clean and very modern with lovely decor. Equipped with everything you might need on your stay. A home away from home. The only downside is that there is no off street parking. Other than that, lovely owners to deal with and a beautiful villa. Thank you so much!

No off street parking

As highlighted in the star rating, the property was clean and comfortable enough. However the accuracy of the online listing was not accurate. It wasn’t until we paid the full amount that the property Manager disclosed to us that there was no off street parking ! We arrived on a Friday evening,tired from travelling and bucketing rain . Nowhere to park except on the roadside ! ! Drenched from the rain and suits on hangers all wet. What was most frustrating was that the unit does have an enclosed garage which was off limits to us. Yet we paid for the whole unit.
