When we checked in, there is only a small partial roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. When it ran out and we asked the front desk if we could get another roll of toilet paper, they said no that we would have to wait until the next day. There was no bathmat in the bathroom And the tile was very slick when your feet were wet. We asked if we could get a bathmat and were told no. we asked for an extra towel to use and were told no we could not get an extra towel. Hotel staff showed no effort or concern for meeting guest needs. They could only tell us no you can’t have that or you can’t have this. There was also a list of potential fines for guests posted inside the room. If you left any appliance turned on when you left the room, they would fine you 10,000 shillings per hour. If there was a stain in a towel or a bedsheet, there was fines posted for those things as well. Totally not Customer Service oriented would not recommend anyone to stay here.
