"The hotel is in a great central location, so it was easy to get around and explore the city on foot. The breakfast had plenty of fresh and tasty options, and everything was well stocked each morning. Our room was very clean, and housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay. The only downside was that the room was quite small, and there wasn't much space to unpack or store our clothes. Other than that, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again."

"Last-minute stay after flight was cancelled - very happy to have found such a comfortable, clean, stylish and quiet hotel just two minutes from Salzburg Station. Very happy with my 6th floor Mountain Cocoon room which was spacious, came with a hanging cocoon chair and was very quiet despite looking out over the station. The breakfast buffet was great with a wide range of healthy offerings and in the middle of a heatwave I was very glad of the in-room air conditioning as well as the free chilled still and sparkling water in reception. I’d happily stay here again!"

"Clean room. Helpful staff. Breakfast is very ex0ensive but nice. The lobby is small and there is not much space to hang out. The AC worked well in the room. The bathroom was cramped and the tub/shower is a bit sketchy; always felt like I was going to fall. Also ran out of body wash and they didn't replenish it."

"The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The pillows were perfect. The staff members were very nice and helpful. The location was great since we were using the train to get to and fro and all around. My only gripe is the amount charged to store luggage temporarily. It is a nice service, but there is no reason to charge that much for a storage locker."

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Kimberly at the front desk was absolutely amazing—so professional, kind, and really went above and beyond to help us, even arranging a room upgrade. The entire stay was comfortable, and we felt really valued as guests. Highly recommend! In addition, Manuel from the bar was so nice that help us celebrate both of our birthdays. He was friendly and so engaged practicing his Spanish.. Simply the best Hotel staying.. A++"

"Lovely hotel close to the airport. Finding. It.was a bit difficult to find when walking from the terminal. Turns out there is an underground walkway but not easy to find. The staff were excellent and the hotel was very modern and clean. I didn’t eat here but did enjoy a drink at the bar."
