This is a superb family hotel. The comic theming makes the hotel different and interesting. The addition of the arcade room and cinema room are a plus for entertaining younger children. Rooms are well maintained, clean and modern.

The location and atmosphere of the hotel is really good.
However, the hotel is ridiculously short staffed. We could not get room service as no staff member was available to deliver to the room.
When we went to the bar area, there was only one staff member working for the entire area. We gave up and went elsewhere.
It could be a wonderful hotel but management has shot itself in the foot by being lousy with staffing.
