"The room was nice. Clean, large, beautiful ocean view. The hallway and the carpet from the elevator to the room not so nice. Badly stained and as it is a condo/hotel - the smells from cooking food - not so great. The breakfast, lobby, the location were fabulous. The private beach was shut down due to the typhoon- not the hotels fault. The staff friendly. The overall experience was great."

"Tiles around the swimming pool are lethal. You can see they’ve been fixed numerous times. You stand on one end and the other elevates creating a trip hazard. I tripped up 4 times, I saw one child hurt their foot on the tiles. The swimming pool itself was great. I put the do not disturb button on twice. First time I was telephoned to see if I wanted the room done, the second someone knocked to ask. Both times I was trying to sleep, hence the DND was on. Breakfast was ok, not many western options. The staff were friendly and accommodating in the main."
