Visit the Eagle's Nest for the Comforts of Allen

The space...

Conveniently located across the street from Allen High School Football Stadium - Home of the State Championship Allen Eagles, our house is located less than 3 miles from the Allen Event Center, Outlet mall, Civic Center, various restaurants and Celebration Park with its expansive green area, playground and sprayground. We are conveniently located to highway 75 and toll 121 - both that can get you quickly to downtown Dallas, Richardson, Plano, McKinney, Grapevine, DFW Airport, Love Airport, and so much more!

The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, bakeware, coffee machine (and coffee & tea), mixer, as well as the standard basics: dishes, glasses, and silverware (sets of 12). There is a 75" smart TV in the living room connected to a receiver and a DVD player. The bookshelf is stocked with some family friendly DVDs and a variety of board and card games.

The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, dresser, and private bath with large walk-in shower. The 3 guest bedrooms each have a closet (with hangers) and a dresser. Both bathrooms include towels, toiletry essentials (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). The laundry room has a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron, and is stocked with laundry detergent and dryer sheets.

The back yard is surrounded by a high 8' privacy fence. A large patio (15X30) has table and chairs with a grill and is perfect for hanging outside and enjoying the weather. We also have outdoor games such as ladder golf, bocce ball, yardzee, etc. There is an additional dog run inside the fenced area on the side of the house (if needed).

Guest access...

Guests will have access to the entire house (except the garage), but there is plenty of parking in the driveway. High speed Wi-Fi is included, as well as a login to Netflix. Both TVs also have access for you to log onto any of your own personal streaming accounts. Feel free to enjoy the patio and cook out on the gas grill (propane provided).

Other things to note...

Please note that while the Eagle’s Nest is pet friendly, we will assess an additional $60 pet cleaning fee as we want to keep the house free of any allergens for all of our guests. We also ask that you keep all pets off all of the furniture and clean up after your pets in the back yard. Any pet damage will be assessed after each stay and communicated through VRBO.
