"The staff were all great. The housekeeping staff was wonderful. The dining staff at the restaurant were execeptional. The best I have seen. I cannot remember all names, but there was a young African American lady, also a guy by the name Jose, Jessica and Rene Jimenez. "

"We stayed at the Graduate Hotel in Dallas and felt the room rate itself was reasonable. Our room with two queen beds was comfortable, but surprisingly there was no closet, which made it difficult to hang clothes or stay organized. We also had ants in the room near the beds and on the table. We reported it and were told the issue would be addressed, but unfortunately we still saw ants the next day. Valet parking was also very expensive, especially since the cars are simply parked around the side of the building. It would be nice if the hotel offered a lower-cost self-parking option for guests. The hotel has a fun atmosphere, but addressing these issues would make the stay much better."

"Beds were nice and comfy. We enjoyed our stay. We were bummed because they had to close down the hot tub and pool area while we were there."

"Very clean and honestly very nice staff with great food and drinks. The gym is a good size overlooking the city. Great view. I start my day at the gym watching the sunrise, then grab an excellent buffet breakfast with an omelet bar (egg whites too) with menu items also available. I finish my morning with the hottest shower with a rain head and a separate wand. I feel so ready to hit the day for both work and leisure. Going out to eat is great, but if you feel like staying in, the atmosphere and food are great as well."
