We have everything you need for a long stay. A beautifully decorated 4beds, 2 bath holiday home with spa and balcony located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. This home comprises of a fully fitted kitchen, laundry room, two dining rooms and a family room with 65-inch ROKU TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed with tempurpedic mattress, and a wall mounted 50" flat screen smart TV and end-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with tempurpedic mattress, and a wall mounted 43" flat screen ROKU TV. The third bedroom comes with a full-size double bunk bed with high quality memory foam mattresses and a 43" flat screen ROKU TV.

Imagine you, relaxing at the patio of this beautify home watching your partner, friends and family enjoy the sun-drenched spa after a day at work or visiting the major attractions in town – because your work away from home or holiday should be both relaxing and entertaining! With even more amenities than you would expect, this 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home is perfect for kids and parents alike.

This home is the perfect location to visit Stonebriar Mall, the Dallas Cowboys Frisco Stadium, Legacy West Shopping Mall, UNT Frisco, Little Elm Beachfront, FC Dallas at Toyota, PGA Frisco and Universal Kids Resort, not to mention the many top-rated restaurants close by.

Security cameras capable of recording video and audio for 24 hours are located at only exterior of the house. Ring doorbell at the front door. 2 at the front the house, 1 on the left and right sides of the house, 1 front of the garage facing the driveway and 2 facing the backyard. The 2 cameras are strategically positioned to monitor the backyard. These cameras provide comprehensive coverage of key outdoor areas, including the patio, hot tub, and shed etc. This setup ensures that all significant sections of the backyard are consistently observed for security and safety purposes.

We have a pest control service that regularly sprays the house, and they use talstar.06, delta dust 4 os and talstar.0006. If you encounter bugs inside the house, please let us know so that we can quickly address the issue. For large group exceeding 6 guests, an additional fee of $25 will be applied per extra person staying at the property.

We had a great stay here! Had to find a home while house having some unexpected construction due to flooding. Our experience was so great! The owner was so quick to respond which made the stress level we were feeling less. And I had to extend our stay 2x and she was so lovely. The house was super clean, so comfy and had all that you need. Highly recommend!!!!!

Comfortable Family Friendly Space

This home was a great place for a family gathering to reconnect and spend quality time together. The common room brought everyone to a center point. The rooms were ample for all 7 of us. Everything we needed or might need was provided. The neighbors were nice. The yard was great, the hot tub was fun for all and the fire-pit would have been great for s’mores but we ran out of time. The location was central to all the activities we had planned and we enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Great house in Frisco

We stayed 12 days visiting with our family and it was a great experience. The kitchen was nice with everything you need to prepare a good meal. The bedrooms were very comfortable. We loved the location, close to walking parks, playgrounds and shopping. The host was supportive and easy to communicate with. We hope to stay here again during our next visit to Frisco.

Best VRBO Experience Ever!

My family and I tend to not stay at rental properties with less than 10 reviews, but after a horrific hotel stay, we were in desperate need of new accommodations. I messaged Sarah needing a same day check-in and she graciously accommodated the last minute need. Her home was fully equipped with not only all of the necessities, but the "extras" that made our stay special - waters, snacks, even spices for the kitchen! The home was cleaner than anything I could have imagined and an absolute bonus was being able to park in the garage. We have a 2 year old and almost 1 year old, and the layout of the home (the "bunk" room), was absolutely perfect and in close proximity to the master bedroom. The shower in the master was a dream as well. We had one slight issue during our stay, but Sarah VERY quickly had that issue repaired without any inconvenience to us. In summary, if you are looking for meticulously clean and comfortable accommodations, I cannot recommend this place enough. We will FOR SURE come back the next time we stay in Dallas! Thank you, Sarah!

Great residential property in the heart of Frisco!

This is a newly renovated rental with great amenities and convenient location! Situated in quiet residential neighborhood and perfect for families. Kitchen is well furnished with great features - new appliances to include microwave, belgian waffle maker, air fryer, blender... etc. as well as some snacks and sodas waiting for us. Bedrooms were well furnished and included TVs in each room; bathrooms were clean, well furnished and plenty of towels. Nice washer and dryer situated just inside a 2-car garage. Highlight of the house is the beautiful landscaped backyard and porch with a lovely hot tub! Great patio for relaxing with a morning cup of coffee and hot tub was a relaxing way to finish the day! Highly recommended for an extended stay in the local area!

Great Experience

Everything was great and super cleanly! It was the perfect space for a little weekend get away! The host was amazing! We had little bit of a puppy emergency and needed to bring our dog with us last minute and Sarah was happy to help and change our booking to add a pet. Everything was great! Would stay here again!
