Did Not Stay At This Property

We discovered a lease agreement was required 2 days into our trip. Upon review of the lease we discovered the owners use cameras inside the home in "commom areas" hallways, etc. As this is an invasion of privacy and will capture underage children on video. They can protect against parties without cameras inside the home. We canceled the reservation and requested a refund as this information was not in the listing. We were denied a refund despite not staying in the home. Vrbo agreed with our complaint and supports our decision to file a complaint with the attorney general, real estate board, consumer protection agency, and our lawyer. Itrefunddecided
