「Great location!!」

「The hotel is run down, beat up. Bathroom had water all over the floor from leaking sink. Wifi could only be used in the lobby. No enough toiletries provided. Tv broken. Don’t stay even if it’s the last hotel. If I could negative stars, I so would」

「I loved the view of the ocean with the islands. There were nice tables and lounge chairs with an umbrella so we can relax there. Joakim & Janit were friendly and helpful. It was good to get to know them. They were eager to make the stay a good one for us. They went out of their way to help us.」

「We were actually transferred by the owner to another villa because there was an electrical issue at our original booked villa. That was super nice of him and the place we stayed, Sunset Bay Villa, was really nice. It is pretty much close to everything. The things needed for our stay was provided. I do recommend this place. 「We stayed in a Garden Room at this resort for five days. The morning sunlight and garden were both beautiful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. Since we had arranged airport transfer, the staff should have known our arrival time, but even after the 2:00 p.m. check-in time, we had to wait for about an hour. On the first day, we reported that the safe was broken, but unfortunately, no one came to repair it. There were also a couple of days when the room wasn’t...
