Amazing hotel next door to the zoo, 10 minute ride to the city center

The staff were so kind and helpful! They even helped me get ice after i twisted my ankle exploring. My only note is that somehow some of our shower water got into the toilet area with wall separating them.

Cons: Property is old and in need of updating. I was in building 15 and the FLOORS creak so badly it wakes everyone up. No good if you have babies and no good when everyone is tired. All furniture shows wear and staining. The showers don’t drain and are hard to figure out and one shower super tiny. No directions for anything. The microwave/stove unlike anything I’ve seen so I had to get help. Directions would have helped. Pros: staff is awesome. Location is perfect. I had plenty of heat and lots of natural light. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. They supplied soap lotion hair products, soap for dishwasher, I would go there again if they updated everything but the floors were so bad we tip toed to be quiet at night and it would crack and creak THAT needs attention.

What a great apartment, clean, spacious, and modern. The manager was great about instructions on how to get in and communicated quickly with us.
