The hotel is a bit tried I stayed here when it was the hard rock not much has changed.
We had a couple of niggles with our room not resolved.
Housekeeping let themselves in early in the morning several times. No knocking which i found rude.
Paid for a king size room don’t waste your money.

A trendy hotel and wonderfully convenient to West End activities.
Theatres and Covent Garden are just a block or two away.
I cannot say enough about the friendly and helpful staff, who were more than helpful when i had an emergency with broken wheelchair.
