The smart facilities are easy to use, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries are of good quality. The staff are friendly, and check-in and check-out are efficient. The surrounding facilities are complete and transportation is convenient. Overall, it is comfortable, elegant, with great service and high cost-performance ratio. It is suitable for both business trips and travel. Full score!

There was no airport shuttle

This hotel is just beautiful. The cleaning staff and the breakfast staff are really sweet and helpful. The front desk staff were kind as well, but there was an issue: they did not have my reservation. I booked through Expedia and had conversations with the hotel through their messaging portal. However, they could not find my reservation and I was on hold with Expedia customer service for 1.25 hours. I won't get into that too much since I think it was a fluke, but the staff -- who don't speak much English -- did their best to try and help us. The bed is huge and comfortable, the bathroom and shower are awesome, and the view is very pretty. Lots of restaurants around -- we liked the Villa. Enjoy!

Great stay at Vienna Hotel! The airport pickup service was smooth and hassle-free. Loved that the nearby mall has an indoor ski slope—such a unique bonus! Front desk staff were friendly and check-in was fast. Room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for business travelers. Highly recommend!
