「This is a very clean and pleasant hotel. I greatly appreciated the fact that the room was cleaned and the towels changed every day. I also appreciated the laundry service. The staff are genuinely friendly, but the language barrier—particularly regarding English—makes communication difficult. The Wi-Fi connection, however, is very poor. 「The staff is nice and helpful, but the condition of hotel is a lot bit below my expectations, but the mattress is good, all my family love it.」

「If you cannot tolerate the smell of cigarette - be sure to request a room on the 9th floor. We specifically requested a non-smoking room and still got placed in a room (8th floor) that allow smoking. The staff was at least apologetic and found us another room quickly, but we wasted about 20-25 minutes in the meantime which was not very pleasant after having travelled all morning. Otherwise the room itself is clean. Water pressure is on the weaker side but tolerable for one night.」
