"Loved this hotel. Customer service was outstanding, including the staff in the restaurant and valet. Had an amazing view of the river and the room was quiet and clean. "

Waited over an hour for my car and when I finally went down stairs to see what was going on, I saw that the valet was just lounging around watching videos on his phone.
