"The only thing was completely out of their hands were my room wasn't ready at check in until 4pm. As we had storms with many DFW residents without power. So the place was booked every day and night. "Room wasn't housekept while I was gone for the day in the afternoon after my first night. Thankfully I was conservative with my use of what was supplied in the room during my first night. TV remote would stop working if I used it from the bed, but sometimes would start working again. The fridge and microwave in the room was a nice convenience. Quiet and I slept well.
