The staff was great. The hotel was very nice and cleàn. The breakfast was good, but i sure missed gravy and biscuits 😋. The only thing that really hurt was that our pickup was broken into. The staff were very kind and helped with all that they could do. Definitely recommend this hotel. Stuff can and will ĥappen anywhere.

The whole place was clean, though we didn't use the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. The ONLY issue was an gaseous odor by the elevators and back door. The staff explained it, but there should be a way to get rid of it. Breakfasts were tasty, hot, and had variety. We will be back next trip to the area.

Check in was quick and easy. The desk clerk was cordial and accomodating. Room was spacious and very clean. This hotel is located on the Interstate and there is traffic noise outside but very quiet inside. We never heard any traffic noise in the lobby or inside our room. Pool and gym was onsite but we did not use either one. Breakfast was hot and adequate. The area provided lots of seating. There was a store in the lobby with plentiful stock of drinks, snacks, and essentials. They do not take cash there. I would definitely reccomend this hotel to anyone staying in this area of Dallas and I will stay here again when in the area.
