I had a nice room with a balcony. Very nicely located; there is a night market right outside the hotel. The bathroom was a mess- for one it needs some shelving. There was no place to put anything. Water from the shower splashed all over the floor. Breakfast options were limited. Overall, it was a cute hotel. Easy to walk around the old quarter.

Nice smaller hotel 5-10 min walk to lantern boat bridge and HoiAn old town. Night market on the street in front of hotel until 10pm, market quickly packed up and street very quiet at night. Room very clean. Hotel Wi-Fi a bit spotty at night when guests return and all try to login.
