Location was good really near the airport, and there’s shuttle bus service. the staff was really friendly. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was delicious."

"My hotel stay has been exceedingly great. rugs HOTEL Köln has been very welcoming during my stay. The staff are all smiles and they are all willing to help. The breakfast was also delightful as it showcased the best of German breakfast. As a traveler, it made me learn something about Köln and the hospitality it can offer to future visitors."
