"A lot of space, lovely area nestled away from the bustle of Paphos but close enough for easy access. I would recommend staying with Mima and Michael whole heartedly. Park on the dead end road away from the taverna and walk up the new steps. The apartment was VERY clean, homely and I wish I could have stayed longer."

"Lovely villa located in quiet cul de sac. Well-appointed air-conditioned place with good size swimming pool. The villa was spotless and everything you would require is supplied in the villa. We hired a car and was grateful as the villa has a couple of bars / restaurants in walking distance, but we did feel we wouldn't want to eat there every night as the variation on the menu was fairly limited. Easy access for days to Paphos and into Coral Bay, would recommend the villa for a great family...

"This property was just what our family needed: a breath of fresh air! A laid back setting with views of the sea, literal fresh air coming in through the ample windows. We felt no need to turn on the AC during our 5 day stay. Simple decor, clutter free space with just what we needed. We used the grill and kitchen everyday for dinners at the house. "Fab location, fab villa will be back"

"This property was in an amazing location. Beach at the bottom of the garden. Gorgeous sunsets every night. We were in the pool so much, morning, noon and night. This place is so tranquil. Best holiday yet. Sonnys restaurant on your doorstep with best food in town. The Queens bay is an awesome swim spot kids went snorkling most days, plus Piddling distance from the gate at bottom of the garden. The "see you" beach bar 2mins away if that, live music, great food. Yum milkshakes and crepe station....

Overgrown garden, particularly the banana palms alongside the villa completely shades the pool area in November, but i suspect this wouldn't have been an issue earlier in the year, or if the palms had been trimmed. We had to carryout one or two other general repairs on arrival. "We had a lovely stay at the villa, everything was as it said. The heated pool was great, kids loved being in there even in the rain. BBQ was great. Adrain was very quick in responding. We went to most recommended places which were all great. The Japanese restaurant in Ayia Napa where they cook infront of you called Hokkaido was amazing, great experience for adults and children. "Nice villa for a family/quiet stay. The beach nearby is a bit rocky for the kids to get into the water, but there is nice sandy one a bit further. Anyways I would recommend hiring a car and exploring the area around. Not many restaurants in immediate vicinity, but "Poseidon" worked very well for us. The check-in/out was with a locked key, process was very smooth. Cleanliness is very nice. Wifi works well. One minor remark - knives are quite dull in the kitchen."
