"Everything!! Location was perfect, a short 10 minute drive to Parris Island and walking distance to local restaurants and shops! Being from Louisiana where alligators are common to us, we enjoyed watching others, watch the alligators behind the property! Could not have found any other location to accommodate us any better. Highly recommended for those attending ceremonies at US. Marine Corps Parris Island SC "

"We had a great time at his property. It has everything you would need for a nice trip. Port Royal/Beaufort area has a lot to do and some great restaurants but plan ahead because they get busy! Fabulous farmers market close by on Saturday mornings as well. Bring your bike, the area is not super walkable due to the lack of sidewalks between the house and the downtown area. Larger cars are hard to park under the trees out front without blocking the neighbor- just something to keep in mind!"
