「Me gustó el trato del personal y el nivel de servicio. El cuidado del ambiente y la ubicacion del hotel son excelentes si quieres desconectarte un poco. Lo que no me gustó fue la limpieza de la habitación, rente 2 habitaciones en el area de Clamping y ambas estaban sucias, mucho polvo y basura debajo de las camas, en las orillas de la habitacion, los tapetes sucios y muchos insectos dentro de la habitacion. Nos encontramos alacranes, arañas, escarabajos, etc. Pensé que al menos por dentro...

「We had a great stay at this hacienda. The grounds and space are lovely. Our room was a nice size and clean. The amenities well maintained. Great meals. Dulce, Luz and Jesus were very attentive.」
