Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby and rooms are very rustic and cute, and breakfast starts at 4am which is great if you have early morning plans! Would definitely stay here again.

They charged me twice. Expedia charged me and the hotel didn’t recognize it. I had to pay the hotel again. And they had bad English and either me or Expedia were able to communicate with the hotel about this situation .

Mejor reserva en otro hotel.

No recomiendo usar este hotel. Llegamos bastante tarde (8pm) de un viaje largo para pasar la noche. Nos quisieron cobrar impuestos adicionales (lo cual es falla del aplicativo) y nos avisaron que el check out era 8 a.m. Solicitamos late check-out pero el personal no buscó soluciones (por mucho que llegábamos tarde). Pedimos los "welcome drinks" y nos dijeron no había, solo el mate que todos los hoteles cusqueños dan por casi obligación. En la habitación, la bañera en mal estado (el tapón malogrado) y el techo con hongos porque hay humedad y no hay ventilación.

Enjoyed our stay at San Agustin

The hotel had very friendly staff. Great location! Interesting architecture, clean and a quite ambience. Very clean. The size on the double beds were a bit larger than twin size. Overall we were pleased with our stay!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly and always willing to help with any issue. Breakfast is great and there are new things to try everyday. Also, I had lunch there and the food was delicious. Location is excellent, a few blocks away from the main plaza. The hotel has a tour agency where I booked a tour and it was a good one.

Peaceful Retreat 2 minutes away from Downtown

Hotel is located just a few minutes walk from Plaza de Armas. Staff was extra friendly and helpful to give you information about services you may need right away (money exchange services, banks and restaurants). Building is secured and all staff was extra friendly. Highly Recommend this and the rates are phenomenal. A thru hidden gem ;-).

Excelente Hotel
