"Our stay at Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Richardson was good. Our suite was super clean.The grounds were maintained well. There was always someone available at the front desk. The staff was polite and always helpful. Bed was comfortable. TV was excellent. Nice breakfast options. Great location. Will stay here again if we're in the area."

"The Dallas Police department has declared this site a habitual criminal property. Room cleanliness was terrible. We found a cockroach as soon as we turned on the light. The conditions of this hotel are truly deplorable. The hotel has 2 stars but I think they should give -2 due to the conditions."
