Great place

Extended Stay has been an absolute blessing to us during a really difficult season. From the moment we arrived, their team has shown nothing but kindness, understanding, and genuine care for our family. They went above and beyond to make us feel supported and comfortable, even in ways we didn’t expect. It’s rare to find a place that feels more like a community than just a hotel, and we are so grateful for their patience and generosity. Thank you for being a light during our hard time!

Dated property with no frills. Pool is closed and they’ve eliminated breakfast. Rooms were decently clean, staff friendly and quite helpful. Overall, a decent play to stay if you need a temporary roof over your head. Quiet facility and large rooms, but still has the faint smell of smoke from when that was still allowed.

The staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are clean and any problems that you have with the rooms are addressed in a timely manner. There is public transportation within walking distance around 15 min. There are also plenty of eating places nearby and the neighborhood is walkable. Its a safe area and you see police patroling the area often.

Team Lead Roslyn is very good and her women staff members are helpful and well-trained. men working here are zero for zero so far...they need to learn how to be polite to guests, visitors, vendors, deliverypersons and everyone else when they're on the job. save the rude attitudes for times when you're not at work at this extended stay!!!

Miss Rozlyn at the front desk is very dynamic and the property is very clean. Although it's not a traditional hotel - no room service or normal maid service - you can go to the front desk when someone is there from the staff and they will do their best to get you what you need as a guest. Also the gentleman who works on the weekends keeps the interior of the property very clean! downside - the outside courtyard area is unkempt. there is trash in front of the balconys of the guest rooms. the pool is unusable, locked, green with algae, and a breeding ground for mosquitoes - it should be drained and a landscaper brought in once a week to maintain the interior grounds. bonus: there are barbeque grills in the parking lot and guests seem to congregate there on weekends in summer. Fun and festive!!

This was a good hotel at one time, now it is way past it’s prime. It is not much better than a Motel 6. If you stay here be prepared to buy everything, and the wifi does not work.
