The bed was comfy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and check-in was a breeze. thoughtful touches and perfect location, everything exceeded our expectations. 「Located right in the middle of town, we stayed in Kinnoul, larger than anticipated the two floors were wonderfully clean and modern, couldn't have been better. Lovely kitchen area with everything, apart from tea towels so we had to use the hand towel. Some reviews say there is noise but we must have been lucky, maybe neighbouring apartments were uninhabited during our stay, whole place was silent, apart from town clock chiming every quarter hour, which didnt bother us and wasn't through the...

「Fabulous place in a great location, very quiet and safe area and plenty of car parking available overnight with restricted parking during the day. Accommodation was excellent and I will definitely use it again, kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfy and overall the place was very well done out and clean. Communication with the host was very good additionally.」

「The area is a little down at the heels, but the apartment was great - clean, bright, tastefully decorated - everything we needed. The no. 18 bus stops right out front and it is a short ride downtown. The hop on, hop off bus gave us a sense of the city. Nice walks along the waterfront; Dundee Museum and Art Gallery was worth a visit. Short drive to St. Andrews for the golf lovers!」
