「Good Evening, I didn't like the fact housekeeping at 4PM , the desk person was too busy to assist us because she was working alone, therefore I had to make my own bed and do garbage as well, my room should have been attended to earlier but that didn't happen, the room was not cheap so why should I have to pay a high price and clean my own room, im very very disappointed. My name is Ms. Redmond 219 293 9601 . I have stayed at this property quite a few times, but I will not return」

「My room was 325. The staff was extremely kind n accommodating but when I micro waved my food the microwave malfunctioned it a fire started not once but twice, then again when the front desk came to check it. It was not the container I used it was the plastic piece that held the glass plate. They immediately wanted to remove the microwave but not give me a decent comp. I didn't pay for the room but the fact that it is by the door and I could have been trapped in I believe I deserve more.」

「Staff was super friendly. Coffee available at reception. Bathrooms looked newly renovated. Beds were clean and comfortable. Sofabeds are never comfortable. Spacious room. Nice variety of breakfast items included from bagels English muffins and white wheat bread and batter machine to make fresh individual pancakes and fruit cups and yogurt. Would definitely stay again. Was there for wedding at the Oakley for the weekend.」

「Spacious and clean, my favorite. The staff is great, no problems. The only thing was that the coffee maker in the room had trash in the water container and I didn't feel like using it.It's a difficult place for the cleaning staff to notice. I don't mind, though, because I can drink coffee at the front desk.」
