「This was a disappointing stay. The property and houses are beautiful and the staff is lovely. The location is wonderful. However, the carpet in the executive king suite was disgusting. The carpet was stained in multiple places throughout the room. Not just a few stains here and there, but large areas of multiple stains. When I inquired, I was told the carpet would be replaced in the future when the property was renovated. The carpet is completely unacceptable for a property of this calibur and...

「The sound of the shower in the next room is loud.」

「!!!!!!!!!」

「The noise in the neighboring room bothered me a little.」

「Restaurant is closed for construction . Would have been nice to know before booking.」
