Private Heated Pool, Fishing pond, zip line. Private 10 acre getaway!

The property itself consists of 10 acres, 2 of which is a semi-private championship bass finishing pond (There have been 10 pound bass pulled out of there!). The property is gated at the entrance and surrounded by hundreds of acres of woods and farmland. The only neighbors are across the pond. The pond is down the hill down a flagstone path where you will find a gravel fishing beach, picnic table and peddle boat. Right outside of the house is firepit with supplied wood, picnic table, 2 hammocks and around the campfire comfortable seating.
We just completed the construction of a 16x32 inground, saltwater swimming pool complete with pool heater. A flagstone path from the house will lead you to hours of family fun around the pool. There are 2 picnic tables at the pool as well as 4 lounge chairs and benches.
The home itself is a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath plus 2 car garage. One of the garage spots is used for a commercial workout machine which you have full access to, the other spot is available for parking. The home is a modern, open living floorplan. Kitchen, dining and living rooms are all together so that your group can enjoy each others company to the fullest during your stay. The master bedroom is on one side of the house and 3 more bedrooms on the other side of the house. The master bathroom has a 2 person traditional sauna. The kitchen is equipped with a high end Ilve range for that chef in your group with gas cooking, griddle and double oven. Huge quartz countertop with 4 counter stools are there for your entertaining. The dining table is 120" and seats 10. The home is appointed with everything that you could possibly need for comfortable stay. Just bring food, coffee and a bottle of wine and we'll handle the rest!


* A note about the heated pool in off season *

Typically between Nov-April each year the pool is either not heated or the pool heater could be running but can fail to adequitely heat when the weather gets too cold. The pool heater does not work when it gets below 45° at night and takes up to 48 hours to catch back up after a cold zap. We do not guarantee that a heated pool will be available during these months.
