My stay at the hotel was decent overall, but it didn’t quite stand out in any major way. The staff were polite and generally helpful when needed, though the interactions felt a bit routine rather than especially warm or memorable.

We booked the Carina Gold based on the reviews reviews and it didn’t disappoint. The location was perfect. We walked to everything in the old city within minutes. The concierge was very helpful in giving us itinerary ideas and setting up what we decided to do. The hotel arranged pick up at the airport and back. The breakfast was very extensive for the size of the hotel. Also very good. Spotless clean room and common areas made me happy. Staying here was an excellent experience that I highly recommend.

The hotel is very central, at a perfect location for the historical centre, the Gran Bazaar and the tramline which takes to the Galata Tower. The room was spacious enough and clean and the breakfast was acceptable.
Staff weren't the most courteous and our room wasn't clean one morning.
