"Location was great and having onsite parking was perfect. Pool was good too and not too busy. Room was good, but the smell of carpet deodoriser was too much as we walked in. The washing machine didn’t seem to work properly which would explain the dirty cutlery and crockery. Hot water in the taps was an issue to get on, it would only heat up when the hot shower was running. Staff looked like they didn’t want to be there and when asking for some things you could see they didn’t want to get it for you"

"everything was great but we preferred our stay previously in room on 19th floor, this time 4th floor, definitely if staying longer would prefer higher floors otherwise clean, everything including washer and dryer, just perfect."

"on our arrival we were told our booked room had a person with the same name. Reception told us they would upgrade us but it would take some time. they gave us a $50 voucher for the adjacent restaurant which cost us $130 for a light meal. I had to ask for an engineer to fix a very noisy exhaust fan. would not go back"

"Room was great - comfortable, clean and spacious. Reception staff were welcoming and accommodating. Location was close by to our reasons for staying. Criticisms- whilst my dietary requirement was catered for at breakfast, it was done so with an air of annoyance as if I had a choice (I wish I didn't have my condition) pending which chef was on and how busy/understaffed the restaurant was. This could have been easily resolved in my case if the scrambled eggs didn't have cream in it or if fried eggs could have been available - I then wouldn't have asked for anything more and staff would have been more freed up to operate as needed. It would also help people to have the allergens listed on each of the choices at the buffet so people can make informed choices and reduce needing to ask. One could say it ain't 5 stars what do you expect but I'm a person that also has a right to be catered for due to a medical condition and might not be able to afford a higher quality stay. I do think that taking on one of the simple suggestions I've outlined would make things more efficient for all parties involved. "

"It was good. We booked two rooms and one was better than the other. One was loud poor layout and a lot of sunlight Bedding blankets wasn’t great. "

"Fantastic stay!! The reception was so welcoming (and smelled delightful) and the staff on the desk were so friendly and helpful. The lovely lady who checked us in remembered us during our stay which was so thoughtful. The lagoon pool is literally incredible. So big and spacious with ample pool lounges. We are enjoyed that the pool area was open until 10pm and enjoyed a late night swim/spa. Our room was so spacious, comfortable bed and fantastic in room spa. Honestly we can’t wait to return again soon!"
