「Best hotel I have stayed in recently. Super friendly front desk staff, breakfast staff and maintenance staff. Large variety for breakfast and the breakfast areas and common use areas were very clean. Our room was clean and when our tv wouldn't work the person who fixed it was prompt and very friendly.」

「We rented the room with the jetted tub in the second building. The instructions for starting the tub said there would be a decal on the tub, but there was no decal. We eventually found where the decal had previously been, but the button was difficult to operate. Even when we were able to get it started, the jets would only stay on for about a minute. After pressing the button several times, it stopped working altogether. The ice maker in the room also did not work. We mentioned all of these...

「DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS LOCATION. When we arrived at the property there wasn't anybody to help us to check in. A sign on the locked door said to call a number, we called. The man gave us a room number to go in with the room key inside, no room security. We had several questions, but he could not help us. The room had cobwebs and marks on the walls, the don't think the bathroom was ever updated. The maid never showed up so we had to us the same towels from the previous day. Other guests needed...

「Overall very pleased with the hotel, we utilized the bar, game room, breakfast, gym, and wrap around deck. My only complaint is the floors seem to be thin. We could hear heavy walking constantly in our first floor room. We kept the A/C fan blowing all night long to try and drain out the noise.」
